1st and 2nd class have had a very busy year so far. The boys have been working hard on their reading and on their maths. We have done lots of music this year. From drumming workshops to writing our own songs! We have learned a lot about space and homes in SESE, and we made lots of decorations for Seachtain na Gaeilge. In January, we started hockey, which was a new sport for the boys and we had great fun doing that, as well as Athletics with Janette. We’ve even done yoga for PE on rainy days! 2nd class are also working hard preparing for their 1st confession and Holy Communion. I’m certainly enjoying the year and I hope the boys are too. We have lots of work (and fun!) ahead.
