Junior Infants have been super busy these past few weeks. We are learning new sounds every week which we are blending together to make words. Along with our tricky words that we are learning we will be reading big books in no time!
We are a very creative bunch and we love it when Ms. Bacon tells us that we are painting. Recently we made butterflies and leprechaun binoculars as part of art.
We have been practicing our Irish Vocabulary so much in the lead up to St. Patrick’s Day and Seachtain na Gaeilge.
We were treated to a trip from the senior students up in 5th and 6th class when they came and read us stories as part of World Book Day! We loved it so much and hope that they come to visit us soon. Soon we will be reading them stories!
